Cheeks Return policy

It didn't fit, the color's wrong, I changed my mind. . .

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, so any reason you need to return a full priced item you can do so and will receive a full refund for purchased item. We do not refund any shipping charges. Sale items are exchange only or a store credit. Sale items 30% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be returned. See below for details:

  • Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for an exchange, store credit or full refund of item within 10 days. Merchandise cannot be worn, used or laundered (see important info below*).
  • All merchandise @ 5%-20% off the original price is exchange or store credit ONLY within10 days. Merchandise cannot be worn, used or laundered (see important info below*).
  • All merchandise @ 30% or more off is final sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.
  • All special order items require a 50% deposit and cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • *IMPORTANT: All returns must be accompanied with register receipts and tags attached. For all returns and exchanges call 609-884-8484 for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a RA# written clearly on the front outside of returned package. We do not pay the postage for returns. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns received without an issued RA#.
